Important Instructions for Interview Day

All candidates are required to bring the original documents along with three sets of attested photocopies of the following:

• Four (4) recent passport-size photographs with a white background (attested on the back).
• Candidate’s CNIC or B-Form (attested copy).
• Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC (attested copy).
• Copy of SZABMU Entry Test result.
• Original Admission Processing Fee Slip.
• Matriculation Transcript and Certificate (attested copies).
• FSc Transcript and Certificate (attested copies).
• If the final result is pending, include 1st Year result (attested copy).
• Domicile Certificate (attested copy).
